Mr. Moore is a principal of Omni Environmental Group, LLC and has over 28 years of experience providing environmental consulting and compliance services to industry, the real estate and legal communities, and government agencies. Mr. Moore has successfully conducted and managed numerous hydrogeologic and hazardous waste investigation and corrective action programs involving source delineation and characterization; groundwater flow and dissolved contaminant transport modeling; evaluation of impacts and risk to human and environmental receptors; evaluation and design of remedial technologies; and state and federal regulatory compliance. Mr. Moore has directed a range of real estate due diligence, environmental compliance auditing, and environmental permitting projects for commercial, industrial, and government facilities. Mr. Moore has extensive expertise in managing the claims process to assist underground storage tank owners in obtaining reimbursement from state petroleum product cleanup funds.

Mr. Morand is principal of Omni Environmental Group, LLC with over 16 years of expertise in providing lasting environmental solutions to a diverse client base. Mr. Morand possesses a solid background in environmental science; project management; the Massachusetts Contingency Plan; conceptual site model development, remedial system installation, and operation; and environmental permitting and regulatory compliance. Mr. Morand has extensive experience with source removal programs; sites containing non-aqueous phase liquid (NAPL); vapor intrusion assessment; in-situ remedial techniques; and structural engineering and support to facilitate removal of contaminated media beneath load bearing structures. Mr. Morand has successfully overseen the assessment and remediation of sites contaminated with petroleum products, manufactured gas plant waste, polychlorinated biphenyls, heavy metals, and volatile and semi-volatile organic compounds, and has conducted chemical and physical properties testing to define the mass, mobility, and recoverability of NAPL.
